Heather has been writing professionally since she was 19-years-old. She's worked for Glitter, Urbanette, Palm Springs Life, Teen People, Beautiful Girl magazine and many others. She holds a BA in Liberal Studies (emphasis in English & Creative Writing), and a BS in Anthropology from University of California, Riverside. Her work can be seen on websites like Womenswriters.net, Future Earth Magazine, and Platte Valley Review. She also completed her MFA in Fiction writing from the UCR Palm Desert MFA program in December 2009. 


She's been working for Entangled Publishing since late 2011. On the side, Heather can also be found as the editorial director for Glitter magazine. Her life-long goal is to write and change the world! Find her on Instagram @HeatherRiccio.
